The CAP OLYMPIC RUBBER COATED GRIP 5 lb WEIGHT PLATE is made with cast iron and coated with rubber to provide added protection against damage to floors and equipment. These commercial-grade plates fit on all 2 Olympic-style weightlifting bars, as well as on Smith Machines and other equipment with 2 posts. These plates feature oversized holes that allow you to safely lift and load these plates onto bars and other equipment. These plates are sold individually.
